Receipt - Void Reasons Screen

Use this screen to view, add, or edit receipt void reasons.

Description of fields on the screen

Field Label	Description
Edit	This option opens the Edit Receipts - Void Reasons screen. Use this option to add a receipt type.
Print	Select this option to print the receipt void reasons list.
Print Preview	This option displays the list of receipt void reasons on your screen.
Export to CSV	Selecting this option exports the receipt void reasons list in CSV (Comma Separated Value) file format.
Active	When checked, indicates the receipt void reasons is activated.
Reason Code	This is the void reason name that displays in the droplist when creating a new receipt.
Ok	Select this option to save the changes and close the screen. This option appears in the Edit Receipts - Void Reasons screen.
Cancel	Selecting this option closes the screen without saving. This option appears in the Edit Receipts - Void Reasons screen.
